 Dianne Van Schilt's passion for real estate was awakened while searching for her own family home and investment properties in Canmore, Alberta and while traveling through the South Okanagan in British Columbia. Dianne became truly inspired to make Penticton her permanent place of residence when driving along the picturesque rolling hillsides of the Naramata Bench, being that Naramata is perhaps the most scenic wine region in all of North America.
Dianne joined our team in 2005 and brings with her 30 years of accounting and financial experience and has become an irreplaceable member of our team. Together Keith and Dianne have done hundreds of Real Estate transactions including: intricate details of Zoning Bylaws for commercial and residential development, marketing of large condominium projects and have helped many individuals buy and sell vineyard and residential properties all around the South Okanagan.
