Keith Jakes has been a licensed realtor in the South Okanagan Valley since May of 1981, and has a comprehensive background in Commercial sales, Development and Investments, in addition to the marketing of Residential and Agricultural properties. In the Commercial field, Keith has successfully marketed many apartment buildings and motels, commercial office space, and numerous shopping centres throughout British Columbia.

In the Agricultural sector, Keith has an extensive background dating back to 1981 in the marketing of orchards and other agricultural properties, particularly vineyards and wineries. He has been responsible for the sale of several premier vineyards and/or wineries in the South Okanagan, and is widely recognized by the wine industry and his peers for his expert knowledge of the vineyard/winery business.

With regard to Residential properties, Keith has been involved in the sale of over 2,000 residential properties throughout his career, and is noted for his expertise in the areas of high-end executive homes and acreages, as well as his project marketing of multi-family condominium residences. Keith and his team of assistants are known in the real estate industry for their efficient handling of multi-family project sales, and take great pride in their ability to offer personable service at a professional level.
