Keith Jakes, arguably the most experienced and knowledgeable realtor in the area with regard to vineyard and winery properties, has been a licensed real estate agent in Penticton since May of 1981, while Dianne Van Schilt joined his office in 2005, bringing with her over 30 years of accounting and financial experience.

In addition to his in-depth understanding of the wine industry, Keith has been involved in the sale of over 2,500 residential properties throughout his career, being noted for his expertise in high-end executive homes and acreages, as well as commercial properties and project marketing on multi-family condominium residences. He has also acted as a real estate consultant for several financial and receivership organizations, including KPMG, throughout his career.

Dianne provides professional advice and careful attention to detail in all aspects of the sale and purchase of real estate, specializing in the sale of residential properties. She takes great pride in ensuring her clients are confident that their best interests are the ultimate priority at all times, and are kept well informed through the entire process of their transaction.

With 25 years of marketing experience, our Office Manager, Shannon, assists our team with the design and compilation of property-specific brochures, electronic advertising, and print media in several publications, locally, provincially and in Alberta, constantly referring to an extensive repeat-client base that has accrued since Keith first opened his office in 1981.
